Tour of KTMB’s Batu Gajah Workshop (Update#2)

KTM Railway Fans Club planned a tour of KTMB’s newly constructed Batu Gajah Workshop which took place on 27 February 2010.

You mean, 16 people?

Im not sure about the maximum number of people they can handle at the workshop…but if you have 16 names, then it should be good.

I’m less tempted to go, having seen the picture itself. The new depot is just plain bland, looking more like generic factories I would find near my home.

Certainly much less interesting than the 100-year old Sentul depot (which duties is meant to be carried over to the BG depot).

It is a fair comment. Perhaps we might offer the phrase, “It’s what’s inside that counts”

A tour of the old workshop would be a nice activity as well.
