Where to send complaints and feedback?

After yesterday’s incident on the LRT line, people are angry and they have every right to be … but it is time to turn anger into action!

If you get stuck in a disruption, post your experience to TRANSITs website at http://transitmy.org or send an email to klangvalley.transit@gmail.com.

TRANSIT has also created a Complaints & Feedback page where you can post specific complaints and give specific feedback on public transport service.

Many people are wondering how they can send complaints and feedback to the relevant authorities.  TRANSIT gives you the following non-exhaustive list of places where you can complain:

Transport sector

Local YBs

Media

We will continue to update this list to the best of our abilities.  Please keep checking back at our Complaints & Feedback page.

Hi Lihoon

In order to help you as much as possible you will need some of the following information:

  • Route Number
  • Bus Registration Number – this can be found on the outside of the bus and inside above the driver’s seat as well as on your bus ticket
  • Bus Driver Number – this can be found on the outside of the bus and inside above the driver’s seat, as well as on your bus ticket
  • date
  • time
  • description of the incident

This will help TRANSIT and RapidKL to find out exactly who is responsible for the problem and deal with the driver appropriately.

Zoolina Naim is the Manager for bus operations, rather than the COO for Buses. You can contact her at 0198538887 or mkzoolina@rapidkl.com.my

Finally, if you feel that the driver is threatening passengers, you do have the right to file a police report, using the same information as in the list above.

Regards

Moaz for TRANSIT
